This app belong to Safe Water Network.The objective of Operational and Financial Digital Tool is to enable online data entry by our field project team to enter three different sets of data on daily as well as monthly basis:
a. Daily Water Volumes/Sales (in cans/litres), further divided into On-Site (at the station), Function (local festival sale) and Distribution sales.
b. Distribution Economics – this informs the gross profit/loss incurred by the distributor during the concerned month.
c. Monthly Household Registration/Adoption (households who became iJal water customers by purchasing cans and paying for monthly membership fee to the plant operator)
d. Monthly Receipts & Payments of every plant
The user can download the report into Excel format.
